The people that make up our fabrication team are artists as much as they are certified welders and fabricators.  They understand how to approach the unique and one of a kind project that Icarus handles every day and create the foundation on which all of our projects are built.

CNC

Icarus utilizes two CNC machines to ensure precision cutting and quality every time. Our CNC operators are involved in the design process making sure that whether it’s 2D or 3D elements, they are providing pinpoint accuracy to guarantee a perfect fit.

Scenic Treatments & Finishes

The finish work and final touches are handled by our team of highly skilled sculptors, painters, and artisans capable of working in any medium a project might require.  They consult on color pallets and assist our clients with the overall look of the project ensuring a cohesive, overall look. 

Our artists have perfected textured finishes from rusted metals to all types of wood grains.  Whether the finished product is to look brand new or fifty years old, our team can flawlessly tell that story.  Finesse and attention to detail is always the foundation on which every project is completed.

Sculpting & Mold Making

Transforming a 2D image into a fully 3 dimensional object is truly an art form and is something at Icarus excels.  Our sculptors are meticulous when bringing a 2D image into life, allowing for our professional fiber glass team to creates detailed molds from which the final product is pulled.  Every detail and every nuance is captured in these creations ensuring a most realistic outcome that will undoubtedly become a show piece onto itself.

Installation

After the project is completed, our install team, certified riggers and lift operators will transport and install the final product as it was meant to be.  We follow the project through inspections and see to it that all details have been handled.
